Tickets to all events at WORD Christchurch Festival 2018 are accessible via the events on our website.
Events held at the Isaac Theatre Royal – Helen Clark: Women, Equality, Power and Starry, Starry Night are only available through Ticketek. All other tickets and passes are available through Dash Tickets.

TAKE-FRIDAY-OFF-WORK PASS

Buy a pass for all standard events that take place before 5pm on Friday 31 August for just $85 and we’ll throw in a packed lunch for free. Excludes workshops. Service fees as above.
PLATINUM PASS

A limited number of Platinum Passes are available for $400. This gives you entry to all sessions and includes reserved seats. It excludes workshops, events in The Box and catered events.
CONCESSION TICKETS
Concession tickets are only available to Gold Card holders and students with ID. Service fees as above.
STUDENT RUSH
$12* on the day, subject to availability.
If not sold out prior, Student Rush tickets will be available from one hour prior to the session from the venue. Tickets will only be sold upon presentation of a valid Student ID. Rush tickets are only available on $19/17 shows.

DOOR SALES
If not sold out prior, door sales will be available from 30-60 minutes prior to the session from the venue. Please note door sales are strictly limited and we advise booking early to avoid disappointment. Door sales will be the advertised standard ticket price plus service fees.
SEATING REQUIREMENTS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
FREE EVENTS – Capacity for free events is limited and we advise arriving early to secure a seat. Seats will not be able to be held.
Ticket prices are GST inclusive and subject to availability.
General Admission events do not have allocated seating.
Tickets are non-transferable between events.
There are no refunds or exchanges on lost or stolen tickets.
There are no exchanges or refunds on ticket price or service fees except as required by law.
We reserve the right not to admit latecomers until a suitable point in the session.
PROGRAMME CHANGES AND UPDATES
WORD Christchurch Festival reluctantly reserves the right to change the schedule or replace sessions. Any unavoidable changes will be advertised on the festival website, and through our social media networks. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded. Transaction/service fees are non-refundable.

BOOK SIGNINGS
Book signings by authors will take place immediately after each event. You may bring your own copy of a book or buy one on the day from the festival bookshop.
